Nozzle "Rocket" was re-designed
Nozzle "Rocket"
After about 4 Years of beeing established in the market, we decided to re-design this particular nozzle "Rocket". Due to the continious increase of the range of raw materials it was necessary to react to the new demands.
First priority was to improve the sealing of the mounted cap. Inside the original nozzle-cap was a small pin, which closed the nozzle aperture. Depending on different demands, it was necessary to cut off the tip of the nozzle, which caused an insufficient sealing, leading to earlier reaction with following blockage of the exit aperture.

The new design of the "Rocket 2005" shows the original shape but at the top area of the nozzle with an additional thread to screw on tight the small cap.
The cap itself has a thread inside. The sealing is based at the bottom of the cap which fits exactly onto the nozzle cone. This guaratees an air-thight sealing
